**Job Description: Café Executive**

**Location**: Munich Motors, Sarona, Raipur
**Department**: Customer Experience / Hospitality
**Reports to**: Customer Experience Manager / Showroom Manager

**Role Summary**:
As a Café Executive at BMW Munich Motors, you will be the face of our luxury hospitality experience, providing premium service to clients, guests, and team members. Your responsibility is to ensure a welcoming environment that reflects BMW's global standards of excellence, offering refreshments and personalized service to enhance the showroom experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Experience**:

- Warmly welcome all clients, visitors, and VIP guests.
- Offer beverages (tea, coffee, water, soft drinks) and light snacks with professional courtesy.
- Engage politely with guests while they wait, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

**Service Management**:

- Maintain the café area with impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Prepare and serve beverages using standard operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory of consumables and place timely requisitions for restocking.

**Support for Sales and Events**:

- Assist during sales events, car launches, and corporate gatherings by managing beverage counters.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to plan hospitality services during events.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Embody BMW’s values of elegance, professionalism, and customer-centricity at all times.
- Ensure consistency in service quality in line with luxury brand standards.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain service logs, guest feedback, and beverage consumption records.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality control regulations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. (Knowledge of local language is a plus.)
- Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, clean, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple guests smoothly.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass; Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or similar fields preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in hospitality, customer service, or café operations (luxury or premium brands preferred).
- Barista training or knowledge of coffee-making techniques is an added advantage.

**Work Environment**:

- 6-day working week (Showroom operational hours).
- Smart professional dress code as per BMW showroom standards.
- Dynamic, customer-facing role with opportunities to interact with high-profile clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
