The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and training staff. The role also includes budget management, ensuring cost control, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. What you will own Day-to-day café ops (4 PM–11 PM) with pre‑service prep & close; rota planning, shift briefs, service speed, guest delight. Menu, beverage & mixology quality control (barista standards, cold coffee program, Sigdi Dosa execution, plating standards).
