The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and training staff. The role also includes budget management, ensuring cost control, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.What you will ownDay-to-day café ops (4 PM–11 PM) with pre‑service prep & close; rota planning, shift briefs, service speed, guest delight.Menu, beverage & mixology quality control (barista standards, cold coffee program, Sigdi Dosa execution, plating standards).Cost & inventory discipline: recipe costing, portioning, variance control, wastage < 2%, vendor coordination & GRN hygiene.Hygiene & safety: daily checklists, audit scores, FSSAI compliance, cold chain, oil rotation & fryer SOPs.Training & SOPs: build, run and audit training (kitchen, barista, service). Convert SOPs into living checklists.FOCO franchise operations: support new‑site pre‑opens (layout readiness, menu mapping), enforce Junoon standards, and onboard local teams.Data & POS rigor: centralized POS use, menu engineering, dashboards for COGS, NPS, AOV, speed-of-service.Collab with Marketing: support content shoots, ensure plate‑ready presentation, enable the 30‑day “Junoon Dopamine Plan” experience calendar.What you bring3–6+ years in café/QSR/F&B ops with hands‑on kitchen + barista/mixology exposure.Proven cost control & inventory chops (par levels, FIFO/FEFO, yield, variance).Team leadership: hiring, training, coaching; calm under rush-hour pressure.Data comfort: Excel/Sheets, POS analytics, menu-mix analysis; process thinking.Quality & design eye: plating standards, guest journey, “IG‑ready” presentation.Bonus: Pre‑opening experience, vendor development, training content building, basic food photography coordination.QualificationsSkills in Food Service and Food & Beverage managementExperience in providing excellent Customer ServiceAbility to train and mentor staffProficiency in Budgeting and cost controlStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulations is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is beneficialPerksCompetitive salary + performance-linked incentivesRapid growth with multi‑site exposure (FOCO pre‑opens)Chance to shape the Junoon playbook used across tier‑2 expansion (and TEFS synergies)
