**Job Title**: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose issues and perform repairs on washing machines.
- Install and service different models and brands of washing machines.
- Replace defective parts and ensure proper functioning after repair.
- Provide regular maintenance services to customers.
- Explain repair details, costs, and preventive measures to customers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Follow safety standards and company service guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Washing Machine Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of washing machines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various brands and models.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Refrigeration or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel for service calls.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy appliances.
