We’re looking for **dedicated AC Technicians and AC Technician Helpers** to join their growing service team

**Available Positions**
- **AC Technician**:

- **AC Technician Helper**

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**For AC Technicians**

**Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years in **installation, service, and maintenance** of split, cassette, ductable, or VRF systems

**Key Skills**:

- AC system installation & maintenance
- Troubleshooting electrical and refrigerant-related issues
- Gas charging, leak testing & compressor replacement
- Knowledge of safety practices and HVAC tools

**For AC Technician Helpers**

**Qualification**:

- 10th Pass / ITI (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years assisting in **AC installation and service work**

**Key Skills**:

- Assisting technicians during installation & servicing
- Handling tools and materials safely
- Willingness to learn and grow under supervision

**Salary & Benefits**
- **AC Technician**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 (based on experience)
- **Helper**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000
- **Benefits**: PF + ESI + Overtime + Allowances (as per company policy)
