**Job Summary**:
The Delivery Executive at Macgence will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth execution and timely delivery of client projects, particularly in AI, Data Collection, Data Annotation, and IT services. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders to meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.**:

- Manage day-to-day project delivery activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as data annotators, linguists, quality analysts, and project managers.
- Monitor task progress, track timelines, and escalate issues or delays to the delivery/project manager.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and client communication records.
- Ensure quality standards are met as per client requirements and guidelines.
- Act as a communication bridge between the client and internal teams for updates, clarifications, and feedback.
- Identify risks or bottlenecks in the delivery process and suggest solutions.
- Support in resource planning and allocation based on project needs.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on project status with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain flexibility to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for client interaction and team coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management and delivery processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge or experience in AI/Data Collection/Data Annotation projects is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to track progress and suggest improvements.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
