We work closely with hospitals, clinics, and patients to ensure easy and efficient access to digital services.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Parchaa at AIIMS Raipur. Your primary responsibility is to assist patients at AIIMS Raipur OPD in using the PHR (Personal Health Record) app to access services like ABHA ID creation, Scan and Share for OPD token generation, and Scan and Pay for digital transactions.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Patient Registration Support:

- Ensure accuracy of information and smooth onboarding for every patient.

▪ OPD Token Generation:

- Guide patients to use the Scan and Share feature of the PHR app to generate OPD

tokens.
- Work with hospital reception desks to troubleshoot any issues in token generation.

▪ Digital Payments Enablement:

- Help patients make payments at the hospital via Scan and Pay using UPI or other

enabled methods on the Parchaa PHR app
- Explain and encourage usage of digital payment for convenience and transparency.

▪ App Training & Awareness:

- Educate patients and hospital staff on the benefits and usage of the PHR app and

digital health tools.
- Conduct basic app demonstrations when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

▪ Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in Hindi for patient communication (mandatory).
- Able to read and write basic English to operate the app and complete basic

documentation.

▪ Mobile App Proficiency:

- Should be comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.

▪ Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

- Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to clearly explain digital processes to first-time users.

▪ Sales & Service Mindset:

- Proactive in offering help.
- Willingness to stand for long hours and manage queues if required.
