**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**:

- Provide guidance to students on academic and career choices.
- Assist students in developing educational and career plans.
- Help students understand and navigate academic requirements.
- **Counseling**:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic and personal concerns.
- Assist students in overcoming challenges and developing problem-solving skills.
- Address behavioral and disciplinary issues as needed.
- **Educational Planning**:

- Collaborate with students to develop academic plans based on their interests and goals.
- Monitor students' progress and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Career Counseling**:

- Provide information on career options, job trends, and employment opportunities.
- Help students explore and choose suitable career paths.
- **College Admission Assistance**:

- Provide information on admission requirements and procedures.

**Salary : As per market standard**
