**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with clients and provide relevant information.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
- Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
- Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
- Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
- Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making processes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive customer and company information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:12th Pass (Graduates welcome)**:

- **0-2 years** of experience in telecalling, customer support, or data entry roles
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**:

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software preferred)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
