A well-known MNC is looking for a Support Team Member for their manufacturing & production unit. To look after the production activities in a particular section of the manufacturing process to match the day-to-day production requirements.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- Handling Ring forming & Final Quality production lines with adhering all quality systems.
- Ensure quality system adhered (TPM, TQM, 5S) through training.
- Focus on daily BSR target and dispatch as per schedule.
- Conduct on the job training for the workmen for their skills developed.
- Plan and execute the line change overs by coordinating with the tool store to reduce overall setup time.
- Mitigation of unsafe conditions.
- Ensure timely completion of all data monitoring systems.
- Supervise employees & responsible for Production & QA functions.
- Knowledge of the IOT system & production improvement drive (OEE).
- Control shift production as per plan and deputing manpower for optimum utilization.
- Rework/Scrap generation analysis and suggestions for the improvement in the same.
- Conduct product/process audit as per schedule plan.

**_ Knowledge, experience, skills, and abilities_**
- Diploma in mechanical engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in production activities, training the operators, knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, QMS systems, production planning, QA management systems, visual aid management systems & soft skills.
- Press, buttwelding, normalising, quality & auto-guaging.
- Handling batch transfers in the system.
- Purpose-led transformation & Drive Result.
- Innovate, transform & manage Manpower management.
- Active participation in improvements.
- Presentation skills and active communication.
