**Job Title**: Junior Accountant

**Location**: GIDC Sachin, Surat

**Department**: Accounts & Finance

**Reports To**:Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions.

Assist in preparation of documents for audits, ensuring all records are organized and audit-ready.

Verify and record sales and purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Check and validate stock and production reports, ensuring physical and system records match.

Review and process general voucher entries to maintain accuracy in the books of accounts.

Handle miscellaneous accounting tasks as assigned by the senior team, including reconciliations, reporting, and filing.

Support the finance team with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

0-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and journal entry processes.

Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiarity with audit procedures and documentation.

Working knowledge of inventory and production-related accounting.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
