**Role Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven _Telecaller cum Admissions Counselor_ to join our team at SUDHIR'S CLASSES, Pimple Saudagar. You will be responsible for connecting with parents and students to inform them about our coaching programs for IIT-JEE, NEET & MHT-CET, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth communication experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call potential students/parents from leads database and walk-in enquiries.
- Explain our courses, test series, fees, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain daily call logs.
- Support admissions team in converting leads.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with parents and students.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication in Marathi, Hindi & basic English
- Confidence on phone calls and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and patience

Bonus:

- Experience in Education Sector or as a telecaller
- Knowledge of CBSE,HSC, IIT-JEE, NEET, MHT-CET and other competitive exams

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
