
Operations Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Maintain and update customer data in the **CRM system**, track interactions, and generate reports.
- Use **Tally** for accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients, maintaining strong business relationships.
- Handle office documentation, correspondence, and file management.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as attendance, payroll, and employee records.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum age of 35 years.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Proficiency in **CRM** software and **Tally** is a must.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with mínimal supervision.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
