As an **Industrial Product Packaging & Catalog Designer**, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing packaging solutions and catalogs that align with our brand identity and market requirements. Your primary focus will be on creating packaging designs that are functional, visually appealing, and compliant with industry standards, as well as designing product labels to guide the manufacturing team in the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Packaging Design**:

- Develop creative and functional packaging designs for a wide range of industrial products.
- Ensure packaging designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure packaging specifications meet production feasibility.
- Conduct market research to analyze packaging trends and competitor packaging strategies.
- Provide mockups and prototypes to stakeholders for approval before final production.

**Product Label Design**:

- Design accurate and compliant product labels including barcodes, safety instructions, and branding elements.
- Ensure all labels meet regulatory and industry standards.

**Catalog Design**:

- Develop product catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials to showcase our product offerings.
- Ensure catalogs are visually appealing, informative, and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive brand storytelling in print and digital formats.

**Coordination with Manufacturing Team**:

- Liaise with the production team to ensure packaging and labeling designs are accurately implemented.
- Provide detailed design files, technical drawings, and production guidelines to assist in manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot any design-related challenges that arise during the production process.

**Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all packaging and labels comply with relevant safety, environmental, and industry standards.
- Review and validate print proofs and samples to maintain high-quality standards.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to execute design projects successfully.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation for future reference.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in **Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.**:

- Proven experience in product packaging and catalog design, preferably in an industrial sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.**:

- Strong understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and printing techniques.
- Excellent visual and creative design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage project timelines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address design and production challenges.
- Knowledge of industry packaging standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Experience with 3D design software is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
