Supervise packaging operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely packaging and delivery of finished products.

Train and mentor packaging staff on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities as needed to minimize downtime.

Maintain inventory of packaging materials and initiate purchase orders as necessary.

Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Generate reports on packaging productivity, quality metrics, and inventory levels.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
