**Job details**:

- Job position**:US Sales Specialist**:

- Qualification: +2, Diploma, Graduation
- **Freshers or BPO/KPO experienced**:

- Job Location: Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab
- Salary Package: 18-20k + Incentives
- US shift: 5:30 pm-2:30 am, full-time job
- Cab facility available for both pick & drop

- Good English verbal and written communication abilities.

- Willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge related to freight brokerage and logistics.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Engage with shippers and carriers to identify their requirements and offer suitable freight solutions.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients and carriers to ensure profitable deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients and logistics partners for repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
- Manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Follow up on client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and freight rates to remain competitive in the US logistics industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a polite, humble, and professional demeanor at all times.
