**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented **Q-Commerce & CRM Executive** to manage daily operations across leading Quick Commerce platforms and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience. This role involves end-to-end handling of Q-Commerce partners like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other fast-paced platforms, along with managing customer relationships across channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage listings, orders, dispatches, and returns on Q-Commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with supply chain, factory, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Act as the point of contact for order issues, service delays, or platform escalations.
- Collaborate with platform category teams for listings, campaigns, and visibility boosts.
- Maintain and update customer records and interaction logs using CRM tools.
- Analyze weekly order trends, fill rates, and returns to recommend improvements.
- Support marketing and account managers with insights and platform coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA preferred); MBA is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in Q-Commerce operations or CRM in FMCG/D2C sectors.
- Prior experience with platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc. is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, and basic creative tools (Canva preferred).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and coordinate across departments.

**Location**: Kamla Nagar, Delhi (Work from Office)
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
