Optimise campaigns forROAS, CTR, ATC → Orders conversion .Strategic Campaign Planning Brainstormplatform-specific campaignsconsidering seasonality, inventory, TG, and market focus. Createmonthly promotional calendarswith clear KPIs. Plan and brief creatives needed for each campaign (static, video, banner, etc.).Growth Planning & Reporting Develop ameasured growth plan month-on-monthwith targets for revenue, ATC, and ROAS. Benchmark performance against competitors and platform averages. Shareweekly and monthly reportswith insights and recommendations.Platform & Category Coordination Liaise withcategory managersacross platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Big Basket, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.). Track and resolvestock and inventory issuesin real time. Ensure brand participation inplatform-led promos, schemes, and offers .Required Skills Strong understanding ofQ-commerce platforms(Zepto, Blinkit, Big Basket, Instamart) andE-commerce (Flipkart, Amazon) . Familiarity withad dashboardsand campaign metrics. Proficiency inExcel / Google Sheets / BI dashboards . Strong communication and coordination skills forstakeholder management . Analytical mindset to interpretperformance data into growth actions .Soft Skills Proactive & hands-on with platforms. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Strategic thinker with anexecution mindset . Ability to work withcreative, performance, and category teamssimultaneously.Key Result Areas (KRAs) % of inventory issues resolved proactively. Participation inall major promo/scheme opportunitiesacross platforms. Improvement inROAS month on month . Accuracy ofgrowth plan vs. actual performance . % of planned campaigns executed on time with required creatives.
