**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Counselor to join our team and help guide aspiring students and professionals in selecting the right IT courses to advance their careers. As a Counselor, you will play a key role in understanding students’ needs, recommending suitable programs, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process. If you are passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and are familiar with the IT industry, we’d love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students about various IT courses, certifications, and career paths in areas such as Web Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and more.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to provide personalized course recommendations.
- Conduct in-person, phone, or virtual counseling sessions with potential students to explain course details, structure, fees, and benefits.
- Assist students in identifying their skill gaps and provide career guidance to help them choose the right learning path.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to organize open house events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Keep track of leads and maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and demands in the IT industry to ensure relevant counseling.
- Act as a bridge between students and the training team, ensuring that all student concerns are addressed promptly.
- Support students with information regarding payment plans, financial aid options, and special offers.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a counseling, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the education or IT training sector.

Knowledge: Familiarity with IT courses, certifications, and career paths, or willingness to quickly learn and understand the technology landscape.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide students effectively.

Sales skills: Ability to convert inquiries into enrollments by clearly explaining the value of the institution’s programs.

Interpersonal skills: Friendly, empathetic, and patient with a passion for helping others succeed in their educational and career goals.

Organizational skills: Strong multitasking and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, counseling, IT, or business administration.
