**जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- वेयरहाउस संचालन देखना - माल की रिसीविंग, स्टोरेज, पिकिंग और डिस्पैच।
- माल (टाइल्स और सैनिटरी आइटम्स) को सही तरीके से संभालना और स्टोर करना।
- इन्वेंट्री की देखरेख और रिकॉर्ड को अपडेट रखना (Excel/ERP पर)।
- टीम को मैनेज करना और सेफ्टी का पालन कराना।
- डॉक्युमेंटेशन - GRN, डिलीवरी चालान, स्टॉक रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

**योग्यता**:

- वेयरहाउस में कम से कम 3 साल का अनुभव (टाइल्स/बिल्डिंग मैटेरियल में हो तो बेहतर)।
- **कंप्यूटर ज्ञान अनिवार्य है** - खासकर Excel और ईमेल।
- टीम लीड करने की क्षमता और जिम्मेदारी से काम करने की आदत।
- हिंदी में अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल (बेसिक इंग्लिश हो तो प्लस)।

**विशेष ध्यान दें**:
**गेवड़ा या आसपास (मुडका, नांगलोई, बहादुरगढ़ आदि) के निवासी को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।**
या **स्थानांतरित (Relocate) होने के लिए तैयार उम्मीदवार को मौका मिलेगा।**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible **Warehouse Supervisor** to manage our warehouse operations in **Ghewra**. The role involves inventory management, dispatch coordination, staff supervision, and ensuring safe handling of materials.
**Computer knowledge is a must.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, stacking, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tiles and sanitary ware to minimize breakage.
- Follow and enforce **FIFO** and stock rotation systems.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and physical verifications.
- Train and manage warehouse staff; ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and manage all related documentation (GRNs, dispatch challans, stock registers, etc.).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.
- Ability to supervise daily operations and physically oversee goods movement.
- Language: Hindi (mandatory), basic English preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with handling fragile/heavy goods.
