**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business leads in logistics and freight forwarding
- Pitch logistics services to potential clients (transport, warehousing, freight, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Understand client requirements and offer customized logistics solutions
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to management
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and handle negotiations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (logistics industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Own vehicle is a plus (if field visits required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
