**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain various tools and machinery in the tool room, including Lathe Machine, Surface Grinder, and Milling Machine.
- Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and operating machines to produce precision parts and tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance on sheet metal tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications for tooling requirements.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool and machine performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document and record maintenance activities, machine settings, and production data.
- Assist in the development and improvement of tooling processes to enhance efficiency.

Key Skills:

- Proficient in operating Lathe Machine, Surface Grinder, and Milling Machine.
- Knowledgeable in the maintenance of sheet metal tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and practices.
- Familiarity with tool room equipment and machining processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Tool Room Operator or similar role.
- Technical training or certification in machining or tool and die making is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per year
