Assemble and disassemble moulds and dies according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on moulds and dies to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and test moulds and dies for defects, wear, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate various precision tools and machinery related to mould and die fitting.
- Proven experience as a Mould/Die Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
