**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the web development team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company’s vision.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of PHP, HTML, and WordPress-based projects.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Identify and integrate new technologies to improve workflows and operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Must be from Hooghly or Howrah.
- Proven experience as a developer with expertise in PHP, HTML, and WordPress.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a CTO or senior technical leadership role.
- Experience in handling web development projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
