Hooqx Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital solutions company delivering cutting-edge technology, web, and digital marketing services. We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead our technology strategy and development team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the development, deployment, and scaling of web and digital solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure innovation and competitiveness.
- Oversee system architecture, product development, and project management.
- Collaborate with management to align technology with overall company vision.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Build and manage a strong technology team.

**Required Skills & Expertise**
- Proven experience as a **CTO, Senior Web Developer, or Technology Head** for at least **3+ years**.
- Strong knowledge of **web development technologies**: PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter, JavaScript (ReactJS/Angular/Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Expertise in **database management**: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, etc.).
- Knowledge of **REST APIs, integrations, and scalable system architecture**.
- Familiarity with **DevOps practices, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies**.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage technology budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in a CTO or similar technology leadership role.

**Salary**
- Salary will depend on **experience and last drawn CTC**.
