Job Title Web Development Manager Company HOOQX Location Chinsurah Hooghly Work from Office Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Web Development Manager to lead our web development team at HOOQX in Chinsurah Hooghly The ideal candidate must have 4 years of proven experience as a Web Developer with strong expertise in modern web development technologies and a demonstrated ability to lead manage and mentor a team The candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge project management skills and leadership qualities to deliver high-quality web solutions Key Responsibilities Lead manage and mentor the web development team to ensure successful project delivery Oversee the design development and maintenance of websites web applications and portals Collaborate with designers marketing teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions Ensure the use of best practices in coding testing and deployment Manage project timelines assign tasks and monitor performance of developers Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing web systems when required Stay up to date with the latest trends tools and technologies in web development Ensure websites are optimized for speed scalability and security Key Skills Requirements Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Web Developer Proficiency in front-end technologies HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery React js Angular Vue js Strong experience in back-end development PHP Node js Python or similar frameworks Expertise in database management MySQL MongoDB PostgreSQL or equivalent Familiarity with UI UX principles and ability to work closely with designers Knowledge of CMS platforms WordPress Shopify Magento etc and e-commerce development Understanding of version control systems Git GitHub GitLab Strong knowledge of web hosting APIs and cloud platforms Excellent problem-solving analytical and debugging skills Proven leadership qualities with the ability to guide and manage a team Strong communication and time-management skills Salary Salary will be based on last drawn and experience within company bracket Preferred Candidate Candidates with team management and leadership experience Based in or willing to relocate to Chinsurah Hooghly Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Web development 3 years Preferred Team management 1 year Preferred Web Development Manager 2 years Preferred Location Hooghly-Chinsurah West Bengal Preferred
