**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Design**: Develop and refine a comprehensive Physics curriculum tailored for JEE Main and Advanced exams. Ensure that all topics are covered thoroughly, with a focus on key areas that are frequently tested.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging and informative lectures that make complex Physics concepts accessible to students. Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- **Problem Solving**: Conduct problem-solving sessions that focus on JEE-level questions, helping students develop the analytical skills needed to tackle challenging problems.
- **Test Preparation**: Create and administer mock tests and practice exams that closely mimic the format and difficulty level of the JEE Main and Advanced exams. Provide detailed solutions and feedback.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and evaluate students' progress through regular assessments. Identify areas where individual students may need additional support and provide targeted assistance.
- **Resource Development**: Prepare high-quality study materials, including notes, question banks, and reference guides, that align with the JEE syllabus and exam pattern.
- **Student Mentoring**: Offer one-on-one guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to develop effective study habits, time management skills, and strategies for handling exam pressure.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest changes in the JEE exam pattern, trends in question types, and advancements in Physics education. Adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Parental Engagement**: Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and to discuss strategies for improvement where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field. A teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Physics at the high school or college level, with specific experience in JEE coaching.

**Working Conditions**:

- Regular teaching hours, with additional sessions during peak exam preparation periods.
- May require evening or weekend work, particularly closer to exam dates.
- Flexibility to teach both in-person and online classes as needed.
- In-depth knowledge of the JEE Main and Advanced Physics syllabus and exam pattern.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching, including online learning platforms and digital tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of how to approach difficult Physics problems.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential.
