**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop a comprehensive Chemistry curriculum specifically aligned with the JEE Main and Advanced syllabus. Ensure that all key topics are covered with a focus on areas frequently tested in the exams.
- **Classroom Teaching**: Deliver engaging and clear lectures that simplify complex Chemistry concepts for students. Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure a deep understanding of the material.
- **Doubt Resolution**: Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions where students can ask questions and receive detailed explanations for difficult concepts or problems.
- **Exam Preparation**: Create and administer mock tests, quizzes, and practice papers that mimic the JEE exam format and difficulty level. Provide students with detailed feedback and strategies for improvement.
- **Student Assessment**: Regularly assess students' performance through tests and quizzes. Identify areas of weakness and provide personalized guidance to help students improve.
- **Resource Creation**: Develop high-quality study materials, including notes, question banks, and revision guides, that are specifically tailored to JEE preparation.
- **Student Mentorship**: Offer personalized mentorship to students, guiding them on effective study techniques, time management, and stress management as they prepare for the exams.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in JEE exam patterns, changes in the syllabus, and advancements in Chemistry education. Adjust teaching strategies accordingly to stay aligned with current standards.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress and discuss strategies for academic improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field. A teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Chemistry, preferably in a JEE coaching environment.
- **Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of the JEE Main and Advanced Chemistry syllabus and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in JEE-level Chemistry problem-solving techniques.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching, including online platforms and digital tools.
- Patience, dedication, and a strong commitment to student success.
