**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update the Mathematics curriculum specifically tailored for JEE Main and Advanced exams. Ensure the content is in line with the latest syllabus and trends.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver high-quality lectures and lessons in Mathematics to students preparing for JEE exams. Utilize effective teaching methodologies to simplify complex concepts.
- **Doubt Clearing Sessions**: Conduct regular doubt clearing and problem-solving sessions to address students' queries and difficulties.
- **Test Preparation**: Prepare and administer mock tests, practice papers, and assessments that simulate the JEE Main and Advanced exams. Provide detailed feedback and strategies for improvement.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze students' performance in tests and exams, identify areas of improvement, and provide personalized guidance and mentoring.
- **Study Materials**: Develop comprehensive study materials, including notes, worksheets, and reference guides, that aid students in their exam preparation.
- **Student Mentoring**: Offer academic counseling and motivation to students. Guide them on effective study techniques, time management, and stress management during the exam preparation period.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest developments in JEE exam patterns, question trends, and changes in the syllabus. Continuously update teaching methodologies to align with the current standards.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to update them on their child’s progress and address any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field. A B.Ed. degree or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum no of years of experience teaching Mathematics, preferably in a JEE coaching environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the JEE Main and Advanced syllabus and exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for better student understanding.
- Proficient in the use of technology for teaching (online platforms, digital tools, etc.).
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success.

- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
