- Achieving sales targets for prescription lenses, including single vision, bifocals, and progressive lenses.
- Guiding customers in selecting the appropriate lens type, material, and coatings based on their prescription and lifestyle needs.
**Frame Sales and Styling**:
- Meeting sales objectives for frames, including designer brands and exclusive collections offered by Lenstrack.
- Providing personalized styling advice to customers to help them find frames that complement their facial features and personal style preferences.
**Contact Lens Sales and Fittings**:
- Attaining sales targets for contact lenses, including daily disposables, monthly disposables, and specialty lenses.
- Conducting contact lens fittings and consultations to ensure proper fit, comfort, and vision correction for customers.
**Lens and Frame Customization**:
- Offering customization options for lenses, such as tinting, anti-reflective coatings, and blue light filters, to meet customer preferences.
- Assisting customers in selecting frame colors, sizes, and materials to create personalized eyewear solutions.
**Customer Service Excellence**:
- Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, from initial inquiries to post-purchase support.
- Resolving customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
**Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation**:
- Ensuring that the store layout and displays effectively showcase Lenstrack's product offerings and branding.
- Rotating merchandise and updating displays regularly to highlight new arrivals and seasonal promotions.
**Inventory Management and Stock Control**:
- Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize product availability for customers.
- Conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with suppliers to replenish inventory in a timely manner.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generating sales reports to track performance against targets and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Analyzing customer demographics and purchasing patterns to tailor sales strategies and marketing initiatives effectively.
**Team Collaboration and Training**:
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
**Brand Ambassadorship**:
- Representing Lenstrack with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying the brand's values and commitment to quality.
Actively engaging with customers to promote brand awareness and loyalty through positive interactions and word-of-mouth referrals.
**Salary**: ₹8,510.29 - ₹27,410.91 per month
