**Key Responsibilities**:

- **License Management**:

- Research and identify the required licenses, permits, and approvals for construction projects (e.g., building permits, environmental clearances, trade licenses).
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of licenses.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on changes in construction-related laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ensure all projects and company operations comply with local, state, and national regulations.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, legal teams) to gather necessary documents and ensure compliance.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all licenses, permits, and compliance-related documents.
- Track and manage records in a centralized database or system.
- **Audits and Inspections**:

- Assist in audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
- Prepare reports and responses for compliance reviews or inspections.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks related to non-compliance and propose mitigation strategies.
- Advise management on legal and compliance risks concerning licensing.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
