**Key Responsibilities**:

- **License Management**:

- Research and identify the required licenses, permits, and approvals for construction projects (e.g., building permits, environmental clearances, trade licenses).
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of licenses.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on changes in construction-related laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ensure all projects and company operations comply with local, state, and national regulations.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, legal teams) to gather necessary documents and ensure compliance.
- Awareness & knowledge of Rera for registration & QPR compliances, Extension
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all licenses, permits, and compliance-related documents.
- Track and manage records in a centralized database or system.
- Strong reading, writing and oral communication skills. Includes ability to understand and interpret statues and regulations related to contractor licensing
- Talk to contractor boards and regulators persuasively and clearly to advance licensing needs

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
