**ZS’s Platform Development team** designs, implements, tests and supports ZS’s ZAIDYN Platform that help hundreds of companies and thousands of end users make critical decisions. Whether writing distributed optimization algorithms or advanced mapping and visualization interfaces, you will have an opportunity to solve challenging problems and make an immediate impact.

**What **you’ll** do**:

- Provide clear, pro-active communication to client team contacts regarding the status and next steps on their pending documents.
- Initiate license renewals or other key documents as required.
- Ensure consistent high quality of data in relevant enterprise systems, including SAP Finance, licensing solutions, and legal databases.
- Collaborate with a global, cross-functional support team to ensure accurate and timely completion of pricing proposals and software-related legal documents.
- Maintain documentation for standard processes, as well as guidelines for exception-handling.
- Continuously seek opportunities to simplify and improve current ways of working; propose, execute, and refine processes that will result in operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor, and guide less experienced support staff in their daily work; ensure they are prepared to execute key sales support tasks at peak periods.

**What **you’ll** bring**:

- 1 - 3.5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
- Poise in occasionally high-stress conditions
- Attention to detail, ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior work experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Mature, proactive self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to do reporting, run macros using excel, work on raw data processing to report in presentable format.
