A Delivery Associate is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods or packages to customers. They may also be involved in loading and unloading vehicles, route planning, and providing customer service. Key Responsibilities of a Delivery Associate:

- **Pick-up and Delivery**:Collect packages from designated locations and deliver them to the specified addresses.
- **Route Planning**:Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- **Package Handling**:Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Communication**:Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and potential issues.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including dates, times, and any delivery issues.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- **Safety**:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including traffic laws and company policies.
- **Loading and Unloading**:Assist with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

- **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is usually required.
- **Navigation Skills**: Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems are essential.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary for efficient route planning and delivery.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills are needed for interacting with customers and dispatchers.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to provide friendly and helpful service to customers.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and carry packages, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
