**Your Role**
- **Front Desk Management**:Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly approach. Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- **Medi claim & Cashless Insurance Processing**:Help patients complete medi claim forms and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted for insurance processing. Facilitate cashless treatment approvals and verify insurance policies and coverage. Communicate with the billing department and insurance companies to track claims status and resolve any issues.
- **Billing Support**:Prepare patient bills accurately, process payments, manage cash, and issue receipts. Assist with documentation for cashless transactions and ensure timely submission of claims.
- **Records and Reporting**:Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation. Update and organise data in the hospital management system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- **General Administrative Support**:Manage incoming calls, provide information, and support the administrative team with various clerical duties.

- **Experience**:Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare setting, with hands-on experience in medi claim and cashless insurance.
- **Education**:High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospital administration are a plus.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in medi claim processes, insurance verification, and cashless billing. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Familiarity with MS Office and hospital management software. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
