Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at a leading Medical Radiology and Diagnostic Center. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth front desk operations, from appointment scheduling to billing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage appointment scheduling via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms
  • Register patients accurately and verify documents and identification
  • Coordinate patient flow with radiologists and technicians to reduce wait times
  • Maintain appointment schedules and manage rescheduling or cancellations
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain billing records
  • Provide patients with pre-scan instructions and general guidance
  • Distribute medical reports (hard copy/email) and guide follow-up procedures
  • Ensure reception area cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain patient confidentiality as per data protection regulations
  • Collaborate with medical and non-medical staff for efficient patient management
  • Promptly escalate concerns or complaints to the appropriate authority

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate degree preferred

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or diagnostic center (radiology experience is a plus)

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with hospital or clinic management software
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)

Communication Skills:

  • Good spoken and written English and local language proficiency

Other Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
