**Qualifications**
- Possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer inquiries and order processing.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Show ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
- Display adaptability to rotational shifts to support global operations.
- Have basic knowledge of order entry processes and customer service best practices.
