**Job Title: PR Marketing Executive (Hospitality Industry)**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue for our hotel/resort/restaurant.
- Create compelling content, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials, to engage our target audience and generate buzz around our offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, travel bloggers, food critics, and influencers to secure media coverage, reviews, and endorsements.
- Coordinate press trips, media events, and familiarization tours to showcase our property and amenities to key media contacts.
- Collaborate with the sales and events teams to develop promotional packages, special offers, and partnership opportunities to attract guests and increase bookings/dining reservations.
- Monitor media coverage, online reviews, and social media mentions to track brand sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement and reputation management.
- Plan and execute on-site events, including grand openings, product launches, and special promotions, to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to management to inform future PR and marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility and expand our network of contacts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in PR, marketing, or communications roles within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Experience with media monitoring and analytics tools is a plus.
