**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- Resolve Issues: Provide solutions to customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's system.
- Knowledge Sharing: Keep updated with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all interactions.

**TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE**

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer support role,

Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
- Team worker with a client-centered mentality.
