**Salary**:based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible to handle phone calls to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely support and resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal departments.
- Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor with clients.
- Achieve individual performance targets related to calls and conversions.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer support.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of handling multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
- Time management and organizational skills. The role requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

**Good to have**
- **Experience in the Finance or Investment sector.**
- **Understanding of Early Equity Shares or Pre-IPO investment products.**
- **Prior experience in sales-driven environments.**
