**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing**: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote TI’s services and increase brand awareness.
- **Webinar Management**: Plan, set up, and manage webinars to engage with potential clients and showcase our expertise.
- **Social Media Management**: Create, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms to drive engagement and reach.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online channels and digital marketing strategies.
- **Presentation Creation**: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
- **Testimonial Collection**: Reach out to clients to gather testimonials and feedback, and create engaging content from these testimonials.

**Key Skills**:

- **Marketing Expertise**: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- **Presentation Skills**: Proficient in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- **Lead Generation**: Ability to identify and generate leads through various online channels.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- **Webinar Management**: Experience in planning and conducting webinars.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create compelling and visually appealing marketing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
