**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute public relations strategies to build brand awareness and reputation for our ecommerce platform.
- Identify media opportunities, such as product launches, brand campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives, to generate media coverage.
- Craft compelling stories and messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our brand values.
- Coordinate media outreach efforts, including media list building, pitch writing, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and amplify our messaging.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR, and share insights with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of media relations, including media landscape, trends, and best practices.
- Proven track record of securing media coverage and generating buzz for brands or products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and pitches.
- Analytical mindset with experience in media monitoring and analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
