- **Sales Staff Reviews and Reporting**: Collect and review performance reports from the sales team, providing insights and feedback to management.
- **Delegation & Communication**: Ensure timely communication with relevant departments. Track and follow up on commitments made during calls to avoid overlaps and missed tasks.
- **Introduction of New Concepts and Technologies**: Assist in researching, introducing, and implementing new business concepts and technologies to improve efficiency and growth.
- **Data and Dashboards**: Collect, organize, and present business data using dashboards to provide real-time insights for decision-making.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
- Knowledge of business software and tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to manage high volumes of phone calls and prioritize tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in coordination, administrative roles, or business assistance.
- Familiarity with the têxtile industry is a plus.
