
Process Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and evaluate the sales team’s performance by analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycles, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to set performance targets and ensure that the team is aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Track and report on individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and success.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to sales leaders, recommending strategies to improve productivity and performance.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that CRM systems are up-to-date with accurate sales data and reports.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and optimize lead conversion processes.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and work on solutions to streamline operations and reduce delays.
- Ensure that sales processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role in sales operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales performance analysis tools (e.g., CRM software, Advance Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
