Accounting and Purchase Executive

**Purchasing and accounts executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting**:

- Conversant with Tally software
- Process accounts payable invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
- Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., expense reports).
- General filing, Data entry and record keeping.
- **Purchasing**:

- Process purchase orders according to company policies and procedures.
- Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Communicate with vendors for materials and services.
- Negotiate prices with vendors and secure the best value for the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹9,955.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month
