Interested candidate apply and send CV on email nilesh pawar luthraindia com Should be responsible for overall maintenance including corrective preventative and predictive maintenance Will be responsible to look after Zero Breakdown Immediate response to break down and ensuring timely availability of machine in working operational condition Will have to ensure planning for maintenance activities on low cost and quality Responsible for plant improvement with low cost automation energy conservation teams equipment materials Will need to provide inputs to Operations for budgeting and cost control of line items pertaining to Maintenance facilities Should be able to analyze complete plant maintenance reports for critical mechanical rotating equipment failure breakdown and advise on corrective preventive action Implement 5 S and Kaizen in all maintenance activities Will need to ensure compliance to statutory and safety as per the Industrial Act An exposure to ISO-9001 14001 and OHSHS 18001 is desirable To carry out preventive maintenance of all equipment s on site To maintain minimum level of inventory of critical spares and equipment To prepare daily report and conduct daily reviews with plant operators tasks planned v s executed To coordinate with projects department for completion of all pending project tasks To attend all breakdown repairs within 24 hours of break down To follow and ensure all permit systems are followed To undertake training of all plant operators on ensuring effective use of plant equipment To do the maintenance of the automobile equipment and utility works To observe and monitor the fabrication works Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Karad Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Gender Have you completed Diploma or BE in electrical stream and which year you have pass out Education Diploma Required Experience Electrical engineering 10 years Required Location Karad Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
