Job Title Assistant Manager - Maintenance Department Maintenance Location Greater Noida Reporting To Maintenance Head Role Overview The Assistant Manager - Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of machines utilities and plant facilities The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance troubleshooting and supporting continuous improvement in equipment reliability Key Responsibilities Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities to minimize downtime Ensure availability and smooth functioning of machinery Troubleshoot electrical mechanical and hydraulic pneumatic issues on the shop floor Maintain records of machine history breakdown analysis and spares inventory Coordinate with production quality and other departments for timely issue resolution Monitor and ensure adherence to safety health and environment EHS standards in maintenance activities Support installation and commissioning of new machines equipment Implement cost-saving initiatives and energy conservation practices Lead a small team of technicians for effective maintenance execution Candidate Requirements Qualification Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related field Experience Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing engineering company preferably in press shop fastener tool magnet sheet metal or similar industry Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices Hands-on experience with hydraulic pneumatic and CNC press machines Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to handle maintenance documentation and reporting Team management and coordination skills Compensation As per industry standards and candidate s experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Maintenance 2 years Required Location Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
