**Requirements**:

- **Plan & Execute Campaigns**: Assist in crafting creative social media campaigns across **Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms**.
- **Content Creation**: Help design **graphics, reels, short videos, posts, and copywriting** aligned with Acowale’s brand identity.
- **Trend Analysis**: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to **bring innovative content ideas** to the team.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and **spark authentic conversations**.
- **Analytics & Optimization**: Track post performance, analyze insights, and suggest ways to **improve reach, engagement, and conversions**.
- **Learning & Collaboration**: Work closely with the **Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, and Product teams**to understand campaign strategy and branding.
