Responsibilities:

- Undergo process training and clear assessments and OJT before working on live production
- Production work will include:

- checking eligibility criteria to sanction loan as per bank guidelines
- checking all required documents and performing KYC checks
- compare vehicle loan document details such as Invoice, Contract, Insurance and

Remittance against data available on internal system
- flag insufficiencies in system
- raise appropriate tickets with specific counterparts
- ability to work in a time bound process and maintain expected quality and service levels
- Quick thinking and decision-making ability
- Should be flexible in extending shift hours on a need basis including providing coverage on

Saturdays basis schedules
- Comply with quality and security processes defined for the engagement

Critical Skills required:

- Excellent verbal & written communication - process will have an outbound voice element
- Excellent Keyboard skills and should be familiar with working on a laptop
- Excellent written English
- Ability to work in a processing environment
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Compliance to pre-defined schedule and break adherence as provided
- Procedural / Product / Specialist Knowledge
- Self Work Organization
- 1-2 Years experience in an International BFSI process

Good to Have:

- Exposure of managing Vehicle Finance process
- Experience in working with a South African Client
- Deep understanding of Finance
- Working in a live Service Level process

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
