**Quality Control Supervisor**

To be successful in this role, high level of commitment to drive the team and in-depth knowledge and functional experience in manufacturing with skills in production, planning, and quality control. Long term commitment to the profile is required.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
** QUALITY -**
- To work on all parameters of Quality in Inward, In Process and Outward Goods. Including setting up the systems and processes and lead the team towards achieving set goals.
- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements
- Audit our systems based on ISO requirements
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible

** SUPPORT -**
- Offer high level of technology support to Sales and Purchase departments, in order to facilitate and impart speed to processes.
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products and by solving customer queries.
- **MAINTENANCE - **Maintenance of all machines & equipment’s at the factory.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in printing & packaging or similar industry.
- Exposure to Systems & Testing Equipment’s would be added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
- Good communication skills.
- Team spirit & Team management Skills.
- Good analytical skills.

**Experience of Industry**:

- Printing & Packaging (Paper Board, PP Sheets, PET Sheets)
- FMCG Industry

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
